Got inspired by The Color Clock that made the rounds on Twitter this week.

The Color Clock is written in flash and is available in the form of a screen saver but I wanted something that wouldn’t drain my batteries (or use extensive CPU cycles at all, think of the trees goddamnit!) so i came up with this Quartz Composer version instead.

You should view it as a work in progress, but it’s fully functional. You can download it here.
